Bowling Green Police arrested a Toledo woman for reportedly egging a house and assaulting a couple of the residents.
Ari’yanah Pace, 19, was charged with two counts of assault and criminal mischief, and issued a warning for criminal trespassing. She was taken to Wood County Jail.
Police were called Wednesday (Sept. 3) around 10:50 p.m., to a home in the 500 block of Ridge Street. The residents said they came out of the house after hearing noises outside. They reportedly saw Pace outside and eggs on the ground where they had been thrown at the house.
Pace allegedly punched one man in the face, smacked another with keys, and bit his shoulder.
Pace told police she egged the home because one of the residents had “potentially gotten her pregnant,” according to the police report. She said the man, who was “like her boyfriend,” had told her not to keep the baby.
Pace reportedly told police that egging his home was her way of getting back at him.
