A Bowling Green woman was arrested for domestic violence and criminal damaging on Tuesday.
Bowling Green Police were dispatched to a home in the 300 block of East Evers Avenue around 6:24 p.m., after a 911 hang-up call. The dispatcher advised someone on the line said that everything was fine, but yelling could be heard in the background.
Hannah Binion, 30, was arrested after a family member said she pulled her hair and punched her in the face with a closed fist. Police reported the victim had a large swollen bruise under her eye.
The victim told officers she called 911, but Binion took the phone and told the dispatcher there was no problem.
Binion was taken to Wood County Jail.
