Bowling Green Police responded to a dispersed fight in the 200 block of East Wooster Street on Saturday (12/14) around 2 a.m.
Upon arrival, an officer saw a male in a restaurant with a bloody hand. The man was covering his hand with napkins to reduce the bleeding. BG Fire Division was called to check on the injury.
The male and four friends told police they were at a bar in the 300 block of East Wooster Street, when a group of about 10 men tried starting a fight. The five friends told police they left because they didn’t want to be involved.
They walked to the pizza place to get away from the other group. However, the larger group followed them, with one man reportedly pushing another man from the smaller group.
An “all out brawl” then began in the pizza place, which resulted in the hand injury. The larger group then reportedly ran out of the business.
