A Toledo man was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – registering a blood alcohol content at 3.5 times the legal limit.
Bowling Green Police were called Tuesday at 6:21 p.m., by an employee of a gas station in the 1600 block of East Wooster Street to respond to a driver suspected of being impaired.
When police arrived, they found Todd Wlodarski, 42, reportedly with slurred speech, swaying, bloodshot and glassy eyes, and an odor of alcohol.
After reportedly failing field sobriety tests, Wlodarski was taken to the station where his BAC was tested at 0.28.
Camera footage of Wlodarski driving on East Wooster Street reportedly showed him circling the roundabout at Campbell Hill Road multiple times, stopping in the roadway for 73 seconds, and making a U-turn on East Wooster Street.
His operator’s license was confiscated.
