Residents in the 700 block of Sand Ridge Road reported a vehicle stolen from their garage overnight.
Bowling Green Police Division responded Saturday morning to investigate the burglary. The residents said the 2021 gray four-door Hyundai Sonata was parked in the garage Friday evening. The car key was hanging by the garage door entrance to the house. The overhead garage door was closed, but the side garage door was reportedly unlocked.
The car was discovered missing Saturday at 6:50 a.m. Also taken was a wallet with credit cards and $70 in cash.
