Bowling Green Police responded to a home Saturday after two people were reportedly sprayed in the face with pepper spray by a neighbor.
Police were called around 1:30 a.m. to a home in the 300 block of Derby Avenue, and found two residents of the home with red and swollen eyes. The residents said they had been singing to music in the back of their home, when a neighbor began yelling about them being too loud.
One of the residents reportedly videotaped the encounter at the fence line with the neighbor, Foster Stretchbery, 37, showing that he first took a swing at one of them, then sprayed both with pepper spray.
The residents were treated by Bowling Green Fire Division, and police requested a warrant for Stretchbery, who did not respond at his home.
