Bowling Green Police responded Saturday (Aug 16) to a report of theft involving counterfeit money. A business in the 1000 block of South Main Street called police after a man and woman reportedly used two $100 bills that they later suspected as being fake.
The police found both bills to have the same serial number, plus the front printing on the bills had bled through to the back in some places.
