Bowling Green Police responded to the 200 block of Troup Avenue on Tuesday (May 13) around 4:12 p.m., after a man reportedly exposed his penis to a woman living in that block.
The woman described the man as a skinny white male, possibly in his 40s, driving an older red pickup. Police said they would add an extra patrol to monitor the area for suspicious activity.
