Bowling Green Police responded to a report of a man exposing himself to a pedestrian Wednesday around 8:15 p.m.
A woman told police she was walking home, westbound on Ridge Street, when a vehicle drove by with the window down. The driver reportedly had a flashlight in one hand and appeared to be masturbating with the other hand.
She described the vehicle as a red SUV with a newer Ohio license plate, and the driver as between 20 to 30 years old, with glasses, dark hair and a short beard. Police checked the city license plate cameras, but did not locate any vehicle matching that description in that time frame.
