Friday, May 18, has been designated as the official Bike to Work or School Day in the city of Bowling Green. The Bowling Green Bicycle Safety Commission encourages citizens to participate by riding their bicycles to work or school and wearing a helmet.
Anyone biking to Grounds for Thought will be rewarded with a free cup of coffee or doughnut, and BG Beerworks will offer $1 off to anyone biking to their business on Friday.
