From BLACK SWAMP ARTS CENTER
The Black Swamp Arts Center is seeking artists to participate in its first annual art exhibition at its new location, 210 N. Defiance St., Archbold. Up to $1000 will be given in awards.
The exhibition includes categories for various media and is open to artists over 18 years of age. It will be a juried exhibit, and entry does not guarantee exhibition. Artists are encouraged to submit artwork that is available for sale. Accepted artwork can be delivered to the Arts Center Sept. 17 – 20.
Awards:
- Best of Show: $300
- Three Outstanding Awards: $150 each
- Three Merit Awards: $50 each
- People’s Choice Award: $50
- Three Honorable Mentions

There will be a “Meet the Artists” and opening reception Thursday, Sept. 25 from 5 – 7 p.m. Light appetizers, wine, and beer will be provided.
