The Bowling Green Fire Division and the City of Bowling Green are ringing in the season of giving by collecting toys now through Wednesday, Dec. 3, as part of a partnership with 13 Action News and Salvation Army. The collection will culminate with 13ABC’s one-day “Hope for the Holidays” drive-through event, which will take place in the Woodland Mall parking lot at 6 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5.
Those who wish to donate may drop off unwrapped toys at the following locations.
City of Bowling Green:
- Bowling Green Fire Station #1, 552 E. Court St.
- Bowling Green Fire Station #2, 1060 Pearl St.
- Bowling Green City Administration Building, 305 N. Main St.
- Bowling Green Community Center, 1245 W. Newton Road
- Bowling Green Public Works Garage, 815 E. Poe Road
Bowling Green City Schools:
- Bowling Green High School, 530 W. Poe Road
- Bowling Green Middle School, 1079 Fairview Ave.
- Crim Elementary, 1020 Scott Hamilton Drive

- Kenwood Elementary, 710 Kenwood Ave.
Community Businesses and Organizations:

All collected toys will be loaded on one of the BGFD fire trucks and delivered on the morning of the Hope for the Holidays event. The community is invited to help beat the 2024 collection number and make the holidays brighter for local families.
