A 2020 Candidates Forum is set for Oct. 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. This will be a hybrid event with a limited in-person audience and live-streaming by WBGU-TV.
Candidates for these races are invited to participate:
- U.S. House District 5
- Ohio Senate District 2
- Ohio House District 3
- Judge of Court of Appeals District 6
- Judge of Wood County Court of Common Pleas
- Wood County Commissioner
- Wood County Recorder
- Wood County Sheriff
People may submit questions for the candidates:
• Email your question to the League of Women Voters: info@lwvbg.org.
• The League will not share your name or email address.
• As many questions are expected, every question may not be used.
• Questions must be received on or before Saturday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m.
People may also attend the forum in person, with free registration required at EventBrite. For those attending in person:
• The forum will be held in BGSU Bowen-Thompson Student Union, Lenhart Grand Ballroom, from 7 to 9 p.m.
• Face masks and social distancing will be required.
