In conjunction with the Troup Street waterline project, Clough Street, from South College to Manville Avenue, will be closed to through traffic on Monday, Nov. 6, and Tuesday, Nov. 7, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The closure is required to perform trenching through bedrock. Local traffic should access Troup Street from East Wooster or Scott Hamilton and Clough Street from South College or Manville. Clough Street will re-open each evening.
