Columbia Gas of Ohio has provided Bowling Green with the following tentative work schedule for the week of June 11. On Monday, June 11, Columbia Gas will begin work on installing the medium pressure natural gas line on Main Street, from Ridge to Court. The contractor plans to work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. During the week, the contractor will conduct two lane shifts – the beginning part of the week shifting southbound traffic into a northbound lane and the second part of the week shifting the northbound traffic into a southbound lane.
During these lane shifts, Main Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction. On-street parking, access to side streets, and access to City Parking Lot 6 will be restricted throughout the week depending on where the contractor is working.
