Have you ever wanted to buy back the compost your food scraps helped create? Now’s your chance. GoZero Services, in partnership with Main Street Ace Hardware, is offering a special preorder opportunity for residents of Bowling Green.
Compost made at Andre Farms – using materials collected from the Bowling Green Food Waste Drop-off on Tarragon Drive – will be available for purchase online and pickup at the North Main Street Ace Hardware.
This is an opportunity to close the loop and nourish your garden with compost you helped create. Quantities are limited.
The compost is available for purchase online until April 28 and will be available for pickup at the Main Street Ace Hardware on Monday, May 5, through Saturday, May 10, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The compost is available in both 5-pound and 35-pound bags and must be purchased on GoZero’s website: https://gozero.org/seasonal-bagged-compost-sale. Bring proof of purchase to the North Main Street Ace Hardware, located at 136 S. Main St., Bowling Green, on the dates/times indicated above, to claim your compost.
