Doug Cubberley, accompanied by his wife, Linda, was sworn in today as the new Wood County Clerk of Courts. He was sworn in by Common Pleas Court Judge Matt Reger in the atrium of the county courthouse complex.
Cubberley will be filling the seat of retiring courts clerk Cindy Hofner. He has 33 years of experience in the Wood County and municipal court system. He has served as the court administrator at the Bowling Green Municipal Court for the last nine years while serving as bailiff and chief probation officer since January 1996.
