It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David P Bowley who left us on Nov 2nd 2025. David was born on October 31st 1956 in Lorain OH and later moved to Bowling Green OH. Where he graduated HS in 1975.
He last worked at Northwood Industries were he proudly retired in 2023. He was much loved by his fellow co-workers and looked forward to working with them everyday.
His passion for motorsports was unmatched. Particularly the ones with 2 wheels, especially flat track racing.
The only thing that revealed his passion for motorsports was his love for his friends and family. He was extremely proud of his children and loved being a grandfather; he loved being involved in their lives.
Dave was a devoted spouse to Kathy Bowley for 26 years and continued as a beloved friend for the remainder of his life. He leaves behind his sons Bryon Bowley and Matt (Greer) Bowley, his brother Robert Bowley and Family, his grandchildren Owen and Jackson Bowley and countless friends he made throughout the years.
Dave also had a soft spot for animals and cherished his furry friends like family. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Wood County Dog Shelter.
A Memorial Service for Dave will be schedule at a later date.
