Deborah Parsons, age 67, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Born on October 8, 1957, in Bowling Green, Deborah was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Lorine (Tolbert) Williams. On August 7, 1976, she married the love of her life, Michael Parsons, who survives her. Together, they shared nearly five decades of marriage built on love, laughter, and companionship.
Deborah was a devoted member of Peace Lutheran Church, where her faith and warm spirit touched many. She had a deep appreciation for life’s simple joys—whether it was a quiet evening coloring, solving crossword puzzles, or a spontaneous drive around town with Michael, often ending with a stop for ice cream. Her favorite moments were the small, meaningful ones spent with those she loved.
Along with her loving husband, Michael, Deborah is survived by her sister Judy Shiley of Bowling Green, Ohio and many cherished friends.
A special thank you to the Wood Haven Healthcare nurses, staff, her family physician Dr. Wojciechowski, and Bridge Hospice for the special care they had for Deborah over the years.
Deborah’s memorial service will be included in the worship experience held on Sunday October 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church 1021 W. Wooster St. Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Pastor Debbie Conklin will officiate.
Pastor Conklin will lead a Memorial Moment for Deborah, for the staff and residents of Woodhaven on Friday October 3, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to Peace Lutheran Church.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green, Ohio at 408 W. Wooster St.
