Dixie Avenue in Bowling Green is closed in both directions between South Main Street and Kenwood Avenue, now through Sept. 12. As part of the South Main Improvement Project, Columbia Gas will install a new main and connect it to the existing gas main located in the middle of Dixie Avenue. Once this work is complete, construction crews will proceed to install the new curb on South Main Street.
The closure dates are subject to change, depending on weather conditions and the progress of the work.
