Elnora J. Rollo, 98, of North Baltimore and formerly of Bowling Green, OH passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was born January 29, 1921 in Akron, OH to Lester and Ida (Obenour) Brooks. She married Earl Rollo in Angola IN, on September 13, 1939. Elnora and Earl raised six children and celebrated 71 years of marriage before Earl’s passing in November of 2010. In addition to being a homemaker, wife and mother, Elnora enjoyed making crafts in her free time. She was a woman of great faith holding to the virtues of her church and of God. Nevertheless, it was her family that remained her greatest joy in life.
Elnora is survived by her children: Sharon (Leonard) Snavely of San Diego, CA, Joanne L. Parker of North Baltimore, OH, Edward (Shirley) Rollo of Pemberville, OH, Roberta D. Rubel of Bowling Green, OH, and Paul (Noy) Rollo of Curtice, OH. Son-in-law: Garwin Miller of Luckey, 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband Earl, she was preceded in death by her parents, step-father: Milton Fillhart, daughter: Agnes Miller, 2 grandsons, sister: Evelyn Fillhart and brother: Edward Fillhart.
Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2019 at the Marsh and Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted 12 p.m. from the funeral home with Pastors William Best and James Tracey, officiating. Interment will be in Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey, OH.
