As of 1:40 p.m., the gas leak on West Gypsy Lane Road was contained. Access to Gypsy Lane Estates is open, and one lane of Gypsy Lane has reopened with a flagger directing traffic.
At 9:45 this morning (10/29), emergency crews responded to a gas main leak in Bowling Green on West Gypsy Lane Road between South Main Street and Anna Lane. Motorists were asked to avoid this area.
As of 12:30 this afternoon, crews remained on the scene of the gas main leak. Access to Gypsy Lane Estates was restricted.
