The first annual autumn art exhibit will open Thursday, Sept. 25, at 10 a.m., at the Black Swamp Arts Center, 210 N. Defiance Street, Archbold. This all-media exhibit will feature work from artists all around Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, including Jax Foster of Bowling Green.
An opening and meet the artists party will be held that evening from 5 – 7 p.m. Appetizers, wine, and beer will be available. Up to $1,000 will be awarded to artists during the reception. The juried exhibition includes categories for most media and opened to artists over 18 years of age. Most of the artwork will be available for sale. The exhibit will run through Nov. 7.
