On Sunday, Sept. 17, the Wood County Green Party will be hosting a forum on single payer health care, starting at 7 p.m., at Grounds For Thought in Bowling Green. Local Green Party groups from around the state of Ohio will be holding similar events that day. The purpose of the forum is to discuss the necessity of switching to universal, single payer health care in the United States and discussing the Green Party’s strategies for making the transition.
