Georgia Lynn Eichner, 49, of Liberty Center, Ohio, passed away, Sunday, October 2, 2016.
Georgia was born on September 15, 1967 to Larry and Barbara (Vaughan) Eichner. Along with her father: Larry Eichner, Georgia is survived by her loving daughters: Amber Paul, of Whitsett, North Carolina; Alicia Wilson, of Defiance, Ohio; loving sons: Richard (Katrina) Wilson, of Olive Branch, Mississippi; Roman (Kaitlyn) Osborn, of VanWert, Ohio; Jesse Brown and Jerry Brown, both of Liberty Center; sisters: Janice (Steven) Osborn, of Ohio City, Ohio; Sandra Hepker, of Pittsford, Michigan; 7 grandchildren and a host of loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Georgia was preceded in death by her mother: Barbara in 1991.
Georgia was a 1985 graduate of Liberty Center High School and a member of the Colton United Methodist Church. She owned and operated Marie’s Berries and Blooms in Liberty Center, Ohio where she was able to use her knowledge and hard work ethic of growing up on the family farm into her business, which allowed her to run a successful business, putting her talents of design into her products for her loyal customers. Not only was Georgia a business women, but she was a mother and the “glue” of the family. She was known for her exquisite orchestrations of family gatherings not only during the holidays but with all family events. Her home baked dishes and elaborate desserts and decorations made all family events feel extra special. Georgia loved gardening, genealogy, canning produce, baking and decorating cakes.
Georgia’s love for her family along with her laugh and the ability to make everyone she knew feel special and loved will be greatly missed by her family and all her knew her.
Funeral Services for Georgia will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 12 Noon with Visitation beginning at 11:00 AM in the Colton United Methodist Church, U-517 CR 4A, Colton, Ohio 43510. Burial will follow in Heath Cemetery.
