Habitat for Humanity of Wood County plans ‘Hard Hats & High Heels Gala’

Habitat for Humanity of Wood County will host the “Hard Hats & High Heels Gala,” a dinner and fundraising event that promises an evening of food, live entertainment and charitable giving. This year’s event will be held Nov. 22, from 6 to 10 p.m., at Nazareth Hall, 21211 W. River Road, Grand Rapids.

The gala is open for ticket reservations until Nov. 15, and sponsorships are still available.

The event will support Habitat for Humanity’s mission of helping families achieve homeownership in Wood County.

In addition to a silent auction, a live auction will be guest hosted by Wood County Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn.

RSVP by Nov. 15, at wchabitat.org/gala to secure a seat. Anyone unable to attend, but wanting to support Habitat’s work may make a donation by calling 419-481-8100.

Habitat for Humanity of Wood County is a non–profit organization dedicated to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. All proceeds from the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala will support families in need of affordable housing in Wood County.
