Fourth Ward Council Member William Herald will hold his 40th Fourth Ward quarterly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at the Simpson Building at 1291 Conneaut Ave., from 7 to 8:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
As always, there will be ample opportunity for citizens to bring up issues, concerns, and questions. Herald will also give a general update and cover various initiatives, actions, citizen assistance opportunities, and results.
