BGSU is celebrating Constitution Day on Tuesday Sept. 12 with a talk by Linda Greenhouse, who covered the U.S. Supreme Court over 29 terms for the New York Times from 1978 to 2007.
The Pulitzer Prize winning journalist will speak on who owns the Constitution at 5 p.m. in Bowen Thompson Student Union 201 (Sky Bank Room).
Since her tenure at the Times, Greenhouse has served in a variety of roles, including as a senior research scholar at Yale Law School. Her writings appear frequently in the opinion pages of the Times.
In her talk, Greenhouse will consider who owns the Constitution.
Before her talk she will meet with students.
