The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that the planned overnight closure of Wooster and Interstate 75 will occur Aug. 22 and 23.
Each night the bridge deck and ramps will close at 7 p.m. and will reopen at 6 a.m. the next day. The overnight closure is required in order to place the final course of asphalt.
ODOT has issued the following detour routes:
– Eastbound over I-75 – north on Mercer, east on Poe, south on Dunbridge.
– Westbound over I-75 – north on Dunbridge, west on Poe, south on Mercer.
– Northbound I-75 exit – north on I-75, east on U.S. 6, north on Dunbridge.
– Northbound I-75 entrance – Dunbridge, Route 6.
– Southbound I-75 exit – south on I-75, west on Ohio 582, south on Ohio 25.
– Southbound I-75 entrance – Dunbridge, Route 6.
