Ilene Rosetta Brown, 95, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Friday December 9, 2016. She was born January 27, 1921 in Gladwin, Michigan to Thomas and Hazel (Smith) Rice. She married James H. Brown and he preceded her in death.
Ilene is survived by her son Karl (Dorothy) Brown, sister Maxine Fox, 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Along with her husband James, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Norma Jean Brown, twin sons Jim and Don Brown, brother Don Rice and sisters Wanda Molash and Ola Barber.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 13, 2016 from 11:00 to 1:00 at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 18620 Washington Street Tontogany, Ohio. Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Chris Boggs will officiate. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery.
