Detroit-based conceptual and visual artists Dorota and Steve Coy (aka Hygienic Dress League) will exhibit “Cross Pollination,” a speculative installation exploring possible future paths for humanity at River House Arts, 425 Jefferson Ave., Detroit, throughout March.
An opening reception will be held Friday, March 1 from 5-8 p.m.
Known for their large-scale public interventions, immersive environments, and a “dystopian glamour” aesthetic, the artist duo employ a variety of mediums to explore aspects of the human condition and contemporary society while challenging reality, truth, and belief systems.
