Ipcha Hoiles

Ipcha Hoiles, age 80, of Bowling Green, Ohio, formerly of Wayne, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Heritage Nursing Home in Findlay. She was born on June 12, 1944, in Petpu-City, Japan to the late Chang Pong Chun & O Pak Su. Ipcha married Larry E. Drewes on March 20, 1970, and they later divorced. She then married Phillip Hoiles, and they also later divorced.

Surviving Ipcha is her niece, Jinhwa Chang of New Jersey; grandson, Gregory Jeff; and family friend, Mike & Maria Baker of Fostoria. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Gregory Drewes.

Ipcha grew up in South Korea along with 2 brothers and 2 sisters and moved to the United States after her marriage to Larry Drewes. Among many hobbies over the years, she enjoyed sewing, cross stitching, and had a passion for gardening.
