Jeffrey Brian Lewis, 47 of Pemberville, OH passed away at home on his birthday Sunday, October 5, 2025. Jeff was born on October 5, 1978 to Larry and Jacklyn K. (Mitchell) Lewis in Toledo, OH. Jeff later was a 1998 graduate of Eastwood / Penta High Schools.
Jeff worked with various employers over the years and in various capacities that included: the U.S. Post Office, Truck Driving, and serving his country in the United States Army which included two tours in Afghanistan, just to name a few. He enjoyed watching the WWF and Monster Truck shows on TV. Jeff had an old soul and loved old classic cars and keeping company with friends that were often much his senior. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Jeff is survived by his mother; Jackie (Randy) Wairse of Bowling Green, brothers; Justin Wairse and Jared Wairse. Maternal grandmother; Jayne (Charles) Pauken along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; Larry Lewis, brother; Joshua Lewis, and maternal grandfather; James M. Mitchell.
