Bowling Green couple Jim and Pam Brosius were named Wood County’s “Foster Parents of the Year” on Saturday at the Third Annual BG Parks Super Dash.
The Brosius’ have been foster parents with Wood County Department of Job and Family Services since 2014. They have provided care for 12 children since being licensed.
Along with the foster children, the Brosius’ have started a foster parent support group and have assisted the agency in recruiting foster parents by speaking about their experiences in the foster care system.
