Supporting Jim Matuszak in the Republican primary is an extremely easy choice.
First, and foremost, Mr. Matuszak brings with him not only the experience within the office, but years of life experience, both as a business owner, and a certified public accountant.
Additionally, and most importantly, are the significant improvements he has brought to the office of Recorder. I have had the opportunity to do real estate transactions both personally and for a family trust over the years, and I can attest to the improved efficiency of Mr. Matuszak’s office compared to previous office holders.
Mr. Matusak has assembled a winning team of office staff and updated the previous antiquated system into one that can quickly, and capably turn these key documents needed for real estate transactions. From my own personal experience with previous Recorders who took weeks into processing a deed Matuszak turned into now, mere days.
The choice is clear. Vote for Mr. Matuszak in the March primary, to continue with a winning choice for Wood County Recorder.
