Kevin D. Roe, 49, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Friday September 30, 2022 at his home. He died of Ankylosing Spondylitis with family by his side. Kevin was born November 10, 1972 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Danny and Nancy (Boyd) Roe.
Kevin worked with various companies as a computer programmer. He attended BGSU and also The University of Toledo. He loved his sports and followed BGSU sports and all of the Detroit sports teams. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.
Kevin was a member of the Weston Church of Christ where he sang there as well. Kevin was loved by his family and the continued care they gave him.
He is survived by his mother Nancy of Bowling Green, his daughter Abbie of Aurora, Illinois, brother Dan of Bowling Green, sisters Cynthia Matus (Kevin) of Fort Myers, Florida and Leighan Yarger (Tad) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by his aunts Fran Amos of Portage, Ohio and Bonnie Horner (Dan) of Bowling Green as well as many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his therapy cat , Calvin who was his dearly loved companion.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday October 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Weston Church of Christ, 13355 Center St. Weston, Ohio 43569. Pastor Gary Wackler will officiate. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in his memory to the Weston Church of Christ or Bowling Green City Fire Department.
