Larry L. Sanders, age 77, of Pemberville, OH passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green, OH. He was born on February 19, 1939 in Bowling Green, OH to Luther and Frances (Grel) Sander. On May 28, 1960 he married Patricia Burkhart in Scotch Ridge, OH. Larry was a life long farmer and a former salesman for Badger Farm Equipment and DeKalb Seed. His memberships included: Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Pemberville, Country Club Farm Council, Power of Yesteryear, Tractor Club and was an Honorary FFA member. His greatest joy was his family and grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years: Pat, children: Steven Sanders of Kansas City, MO, Denise (Brian) Pickerel of Pemberville, Dan (Beth) Sanders of Pemberville, grandchildren: Angela (Arik) Witker, Jonathon (Jillian) Sanders, Matthew (Brittany) Pickerel, Alisha Sanders and Samantha Sanders, great grandchildren: Dane and Chloe Witker and brother: Tom Sanders of Warminster, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister: Jacqueline Moore.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, December 26, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 Main Street, Luckey, OH where funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11 AM. Officiating will be Rev. James Budke. Interment will be in Webster Twp. Cemetery, Scotch Ridge, OH. A bereavement luncheon will be served in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church fellowship hall immediately following the committal services. Memorial contributions may be given to: Eastwood FFA.
