The LEGO Cup Challenge and Rigamajig construction will take place on alternate Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through December in the Children’s Place in the Wood County District Public Library in Bowling Green.
The Lego Challenge will take place Aug. 26, Sept. 9 and 23, October 7 and 21, Nov. 4 and 25, and Dec. 9 and 30. Participants will be given a cup of LEGO pieces and an item or structure to build using as many of the pieces as possible. After building, creations will be put on display for all to see.
Rigamajog construction Sept. 2, 16 & 30, Oct. 14 & 28, Nov. 18, and Dec. 2 & 16. The Rigamajig Basic Builder Kit inspires kids 5 and up to follow their curiosity through collaborative, creative, and open-ended play.
