The Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Division will be closing Manville Avenue, from Eighth Street to Napoleon Road, on May 30 to June 2, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. During this work, Napoleon Road, at the intersection with Manville, will be reduced to one lane. Access for residents will be maintained from the north on Manville. The closure is required in preparation for the Manville Avenue waterline replacement project, as well as the Napoleon Road resurfacing project.
