The waterline work on the East Side continues, with the southern Manville portion of this project, from Third to Napoleon, nearing completion. Service line connections within the northern section of Manville, from Wooster to Clough, remain. Trenching of bedrock and waterline installation within the 100 and 200 blocks of Troup will continue this week. The waterline replacement will impact service lines and as a result, a local boil advisory will occur. Traffic in the area will also be affected. Due to unforeseen conditions, the project has taken longer than planned as as such, the contractor has asked for an extension to finish the project. The project completion date is anticipated to be in December, 2017.
