Mark A. Tyrrell, 57, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on Tuesday November 19, 2024. He was born on May 7, 1967, to George and Eileen (Stearns) Tyrrell in Bowling Green.
Mark was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and received his HVAC certification from Terra Tech. He worked for Gearhart Plumbing for over 30 years, from where his sense of humor, boundless energy, and meticulous organization will be sadly missed. Mark was known to be a quiet, kind and thoughtful person; however, his closest friends and family would also have endless stories to share of his humor and pranks.
He loved to take off and go on long road trips visiting parks, cities and places that sparked his interest. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and will be missed dearly by his furry friend Louie.
Mark is survived by his mother Eileen, brothers Fred Tyrrell of Bowling Green, Ohio, Ed (Cindy) Tyrrell of Bowling Green, Ohio, Doug (Rena) Tyrrell of Hudson, Ohio, Dennis (Nancy) Tyrrell of Hudson, Ohio, his sisters Marsha (Tom) Helvoigt of Bowling Green, Ohio, Linda (Chris) Meyer of Bowling Green, Ohio, brother-in-law Dan Kitz of Bowling Green, Ohio, his special friend Kim Moomaw and 33 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father George Tyrrell and sister Teresa Kitz.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday November 27, 2024, from 9:00a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green, Ohio at 408 W. Wooster St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday November 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church 150 N. Enterprise St. Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Father Tom McQuillen will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Aloysius Catholic Church or the Wood County Humane Society.
