Mark Austin Lee, 61, of Bradner, OH, peacefully passed away January 2, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green.
He was born March 18, 1963, in Fostoria, OH, to Arthur H. and Sandra L. (Smith) Bickelhaupt. On September 10, 1982, Mark married Kerry Dee Yontz, and she survives.
Mark was a Fostoria High School graduate. Following high school, he continued his education by earning multiple trade certificates from Terra State Community College. Mark served as a Journeyman pipefitter and HVAC technician for Chrysler Toledo Machining Plant for 20 plus years.
Mark enjoyed camping, boating, fishing with his father-in-law, working on cars, and flying remote-controlled airplanes. His greatest joy was watching his kids in 4-H and sports, spending time with his grandsons, and later in life, listening to music and driving the golf cart around with Kerry. He was also a member of the UAW Local #1435.
Mark is survived by his loving wife Kerry; two children, Michael A. (Tyler) Lee of Rudolph, and Jami M. (Andrew) Koziel of Arlington; four beloved grandchildren, Landon M. Berno and Dawson E. Berno, both of Arlington, Colton A. Lee and Riggs R. Lee, both of Rudolph. In addition, Mark is survived by his siblings, Timothy (Linda) Lee, Terry (Lisa) Lee, and Angela (Brian) Welly, all of Fostoria, Michael (Rhonda) Bickelhaupt of Gainsville, FL, William (Shelly) Moyer Jr. of Fremont, Amy Bickelhaupt Hartley (Ken Fisher) of Bellevue, and Chad (Misty) Bickelhaupt of Greensprings, OH.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur; father-in-law, Donald Yontz; mother-in-law, Nancy Yontz; grandparents, Arthur and Mary Bickelhaupt; grandparents, Irene and Vernon Anderson; and brother-in-law, Daniel Yontz.
Friends and family may visit from 12 – 4 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500). Mark’s funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. following visitation in the funeral home with Pastor Merle Robimson officiating. A time of gathering and continued fellowship will follow immediately after the service at The Social, 330 S. Blanchard St., Findlay, 45840.
