Mary E. Paxson, 75, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away January 3, 2024. She was born November 17, 1948, in Virgie, Kentucky to the late David and Rosetta (Akers) Adams. She married Gordon Paxson and he preceded her in death.
Mary loved old country music, especially Patsy Cline & Loretta Lynn. She loved butterflies and spending time working in her yard and gardening.
She is survived by her children Marilynn Paxson of Fostoria, Ohio, Matthew (Traci) Paxson of Bowling Green, Ohio and Michelle (Russ) Carn of London, Ohio, siblings Judy Gardner, Brenda Gump, Carol Jean Day, Paul Adams and Rod Adams, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gordon, son Marcus Paxson and siblings Martha Dean, Hester Price, Charlie Adams, and an infant sibling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 10, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster St.
