A very loud discussion about Zodiac signs landed a Sagittarius in jail and resulted in a Virgo being cited around 3:30 a.m. Friday (Nov. 17) in Bowling Green.
Bowling Green police were dispatched to a home in the 200 block of South Prospect Street after neighbors reported a loud dispute.
When police arrived, they reportedly saw two of the residents in a second floor window and could hear them shouting. Police asked the two women what they were arguing about, but the women said they and others at the residence were just discussing their birth signs. The women said they had been drinking all night.
One woman then reportedly refused a police order and entered the residence to check on someone else’s child. She reportedly resisted officers trying to get her out of the building, was handcuffed, then allegedly hit her head on the door of the police cruiser intentionally, putting a small dent in it.
That woman was cited for disorderly conduct with persistence, obstruction of official business, resisting arrest and criminal damaging. The other woman was cited for disorderly conduct.
