Mikhail S. Vinogradov, 75, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away August 24, 2018. He was born April 30, 1943 in Rybinsk, Russia to the late Semyon Vinogradov and Valentina (Antonova) Vinogradova. He married Lyudmila (Yakovleva) Vinogradova and she survives in Syosset, New York.
Mikhail worked as a manager of engineering department in Russia and after moving to US, worked in construction. He took great pride in working with his hands doing contracting work in Bowling Green. He had a deep passion for travel, world culture, history and the arts. He was an avid reader, a great cook and enjoyed gardening. His greatest joy in life came from time spent with his family and friends.
Along with his wife Lyudmila, Mikhail is survived by his daughter Daria (Christopher) Colangelo of Lake Balboa, California, step-daughters Mariana Steffan of Bowling Green, Ohio and Anna (Jeffrey) Levitan of Oyster Bay Cove, New York, grandchildren Violet, Peter, Paulina, Jesse, Sabrina and Anna and great-grandchildren Maya and Charles.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday August 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster St. Pastor Jaryd Motsinger will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday morning at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be given in his memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
