Bowling Green State University has extended its online learning through the summer semester. In a notice released this evening (April 2) Provost Joe Whitehead stated no face-to-face courses will be offered this summer.
“Based on knowledge currently available, we are extending the online learning period through the summer semester,” he said. “Making the decision now provides faculty more time to modify courses for online delivery and for students to plan their summers.”
The administration is reviewing what courses will be offered so “we can best facilitate student progression toward graduation.”
Whitehead urged students who may be interested in a particular course to complete the Summer Session Course Survey form.
“We are committed to the health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and community members during these unusual circumstances,” he wrote.
