Napoleon Road will be closed to through traffic at Cherry Hill Drive for the installation of a storm sewer on Nov. 15 and 16. All side streets and driveways will remain open, but through traffic will not be possible. Through traffic should use Campbell Hill Road or Main Street to get to another east/west road.
