Patricia Ann “Patsy” Parcher, 84 ½ of Sun City West, AZ and formerly of Whitehouse, OH passed away on October 27, 2024, in Sun City West, AZ. She was born in Bluffton, Ohio on April 11, 1940, to the late Norwood and Dorothy (Chase) Powell. Patsy married Harold E. Parcher on March 25, 1961 and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Steven) Hartshorn of Westerville, Ohio, sisters; Marlene Fields, Debbie (Mark) Brenneman and sister-in-law, Faye Parcher. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, 4 step great-grandchildren, 2 nephews, 3 nieces and numerous great nieces, nephews and friends. Patsy was preceded in death by brothers-in-law, Bob Fields, Frank Parcher and one nephew.
Patsy was a 1958 graduate of Cory-Rawson High School. She was an insurance agent for over 40 years and enjoyed collecting jewelry. Patsy loved Arizona and in 2004, she became a full-time resident of the state. Patsy never met a stranger. She loved to eat out at restaurants, and on her return trips to Findlay, made certain to visit Wilson’s Hamburger Shop and Dietsch Brothers.
A reception in Patsy’s honor will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the CRATES LIFE APPRECIATION CENTRE (next to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay). A private family burial will be held on Monday in Clymer Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Patsy to the Good Shepherd Church, Benton Ridge.
