Public meeting set for Monday on proposed ordinance prohibiting feeding of wild animals in city

Bowling Green City Council meeting on May 20

A public meeting has been scheduled on the proposed Bowling Green ordinance regarding feeding wild animals in the city.

The Transportation & Safety Committee of Bowling Green City Council will hold a meeting Monday, June 3, at 6 p.m., in the council chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 305 N. Main St.

Council will discuss and receive public input on Ordinance 9196, which would prohibit the feeding of wildlife in the city, with the exception of songbirds.
