State Senator Randy Gardner, R-Bowling Green, will host his first in a series of state budget public access forums this Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
“The first responsibility of a legislator is to be accessible to the citizens and to listen,” Gardner said. “Although the governor has just introduced the budget bill, and many changes are expected in the months ahead, gaining input from constituents in the early days helps shape our work and priorities.”
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and include opportunities for a public question/answer session in addition to one-on-one discussions with Gardner. Reservations are not required.
